Delete Your Account from the App

1. Open UnbeataBall and sign in to the account you want deleted.
2. Open the main menu and select Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the permanent-deletion notice and select Delete Account to confirm.

The authenticated in-app process initiates and completes deletion without requiring an email, phone call, or separate website request.

Include your account email address, display name, and account ID if available. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, unless additional time or retention is required by law or for one of the limited reasons below.

Data Deleted or De-identified

After verification, we delete the authentication account and delete or de-identify associated information that is no longer necessary, including:

• Account email, authentication identity, and profile information
• Profile photo and other account-controlled uploads
• Push-notification device registrations and preferences
• Group memberships, team assignments, RSVPs, favorites, and blocks
• User-authored messages, photos, polls, reactions, and similar content, subject to the limited retention rules below
• Location and participation information linked only to the deleted account
• Shared-expense ledger status and other account-linked records when no longer required for group history, disputes, security, or legal obligations

Deletion cannot remove content another person independently copied, quoted, or shared outside UnbeataBall.

Limited Information We May Retain

We may retain only information reasonably necessary to investigate reports, abuse, fraud, threats, or security incidents; protect users and platform integrity; comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, or legal holds; resolve disputes; enforce our Terms of Service; review an active appeal; or preserve restricted moderation audit records.

Retained moderation information is restricted to authorized moderators and is not made visible to ordinary users or to the reported member.

Retention Periods

• Open or reviewing moderation reports are retained while the matter remains active.
• Resolved or dismissed reports and their private evidence snapshots are generally retained for 24 months after review.
• Restricted moderation audit records are generally retained for 36 months after creation.
• Records subject to an active appeal, safety investigation, fraud review, legal obligation, or legal hold may be retained until that matter or hold is resolved, even if the ordinary period has passed.
• Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary backup-retention and recovery cycles.

When the applicable period ends and no hold applies, retained information is deleted or de-identified as appropriate.
